Using racism as a model, participants learn to identify what it will take to overcome racism within institutions.

Participants create a strategic plan to:
◦ determine which areas of discrimination most motivate them to act;
◦ network with like-minded people to foster change within institutions.

Participating in this process gives hope, inspiration, and clarity of action.
